Holman, Inc. has named Ellie Holman as its new President. Holman, who most recently has served as the company’s Corporate Secretary, succeeds Founder Pam Holman as she retires after leading the company for nearly two decades. Ellie Holman’s appointment and Pam Holman’s retirement were effective July 1, 2022.
“During her tenure with Holman, Inc., Ellie has proven that her commitment to both our customers and our employees is unwavering, and I could not be happier to have her take the helm,” said former President Pam Holman. “I have enjoyed helping Holman, Inc. grow into the company it is today, and I look forward to watching Ellie continue our success.”
Ellie Holman joined Holman, Inc. in 2017 as the company’s office administrator before transitioning into the role of Corporate Secretary in 2019. During her tenure, Holman has managed various aspects of the company, including accounts receivable, marketing, worker’s compensation, employee onboarding, and employee engagement. In her role as President, Ellie will take on all executive leadership duties, including strategic planning for the company.

Outside of work, Ellie Holman enjoys being outdoors and going on adventures with her family. She is an active runner and participates in monthly runs throughout the Jacksonville Community. In her retirement, Pam Holman is looking forward to spending more time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
