Holman, Inc. has supplied and installed commercial toilet partitions across Northeast Florida for over 20 years. Our in-house installation team handles every project from site measurement through punch list.
Not every restroom has the same demands. A high-traffic school bathroom needs something different than a corporate office suite, and a healthcare facility has different priorities than a restaurant. Holman, Inc. carries and installs every major partition material, and we’ll help you match the right one to your space, budget, and timeline during the estimate process.
The most common partition material in commercial construction. Metal restroom partitions are cost-effective, widely available, and suitable for standard commercial applications. Best fit for office buildings, retail spaces, and lower-traffic environments where moisture exposure is minimal.
A non-porous, seamless material with a high-end appearance and strong hygienic properties. Solid surface resists bacteria and is easy to clean and maintain. Best fit for upscale commercial restrooms, healthcare facilities, and applications where appearance and sanitation are both priorities.
A heavy-duty, resin-based panel that resists moisture, graffiti, and impact. Phenolic holds up in high-traffic, high-humidity environments and doesn't swell or warp over time. Best fit for schools, gyms, and any facility where partitions take regular abuse.
Corrosion-resistant, easy to sanitize, and built to last. Stainless steel partitions carry a polished, professional look and perform well in environments that require frequent cleaning with commercial-grade products. Best fit for food service, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is one of the most durable toilet partition materials available. It resists moisture completely, won't dent or rust, and holds up against vandalism better than most alternatives. Best fit for aquatic facilities, locker rooms, and any restroom where water exposure is constant.
For restroom designs where aesthetics are the primary driver. Glass partitions create a modern, open feel and work well in high-end commercial or hospitality environments. Best fit for upscale offices, boutique hotels, and spaces where design intent is part of the brief.
A dense, layered panel that combines durability with a broad range of finish options. Compact laminate partitions offer a more refined appearance than standard powder-coated steel while still holding up in demanding environments. Best fit for hospitality, healthcare, and commercial spaces where aesthetics matter alongside performance.
PRIVADA® is a privacy bathroom partition system that runs from floor to ceiling, eliminating the gaps found in standard configurations. It's increasingly specified in schools, healthcare facilities, and any project where full enclosure is a design or safety requirement. Holman, Inc. is one of the few authorized PRIVADA® installers in Northeast Florida. Learn more about PRIVADA® at Holman, Inc.
The right configuration depends on your ceiling height, floor type, traffic volume, and aesthetic goals. Holman, Inc. installs all four standard configurations and will recommend the right one for your space during the site measurement.
The most common configuration in commercial construction. Posts anchor to the floor and connect to an overhead rail, providing stability without requiring ceiling attachment. Reliable in high-traffic restrooms and suitable for most standard commercial applications.
Posts and panels hang from the ceiling rather than mounting to the floor, leaving the floor completely clear. This makes cleaning easier for facilities staff and gives the restroom a cleaner, more contemporary look. Requires adequate ceiling structure to support the load.
A straightforward configuration with posts anchored directly to the floor and no overhead bracing. Works well in spaces with lower ceilings where overhead rail installation isn’t practical. Simpler to install and easy to maintain.
Panels run the full height from floor to ceiling, maximizing privacy and structural rigidity. Common in upscale commercial applications, schools, and healthcare facilities. PRIVADA® is installed in this configuration.
If a facility has restrooms, Holman, Inc. has probably installed partitions in one like it. Our work spans every major commercial sector in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, from routine office buildouts to large-scale multi-use developments.
Hospitals, medical office buildings, outpatient clinics, and specialty practices all have specific demands around hygiene, durability, and ADA compliance. We've installed partitions in occupied healthcare settings where patient proximity and minimal disruption are the minimum requirement.
K-12 schools, colleges, and university facilities rely on partitions that hold up under daily high-traffic use. We work with school districts, general contractors, and facilities teams on everything from single-restroom replacements to full campus renovations.
High-moisture, high-traffic, and high-use environments demand materials that can take it. We help owners and operators spec the right partition material for the space and install it without disrupting operations longer than necessary.
Tenant improvements, new construction, and renovation projects across Duval County and the surrounding region. Whether you're a GC coordinating a Division 10 scope on a full buildout or a property manager replacing aging stalls, we work from your specs and your schedule.
Major venues, including multi-use sports and entertainment complexes, require partition installations at a scale and pace that most specialty contractors can't match. Holman, Inc. has the experience and the in-house team to handle it.
Government facilities and military installations require code-compliant work, clean documentation, and installers who show up and do the job right. We've worked on government projects across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia and understand what that process requires.

You deal with one company from the first call through the finished installation. Here’s how the process works.
Someone from our team follows up with you. We'll ask about your project, scope, timeline, material preferences if you have them, and schedule a site visit from there.
We put together a layout and elevation drawing so you can see the finished product before anything is ordered. Brand requirements or ADA configurations get worked into the spec before the order goes out.
An installer from our team comes to your facility to take field measurements and assess the space.
Once the spec is approved, we place the order and track it. We confirm lead times during the estimate process and keep you updated as the order moves.
Once the partitions are in, we schedule the install. Our in-house crew handles it, and when the work is done, we walk the space with you and address anything that needs attention.
When you call Holman, Inc., the people who show up are our people, not a subcontractor we called last week. That means one point of contact, consistent work quality, and someone accountable if anything needs to be addressed after the job is done.
Every installation meets ADA standards and Florida Building Code, including requirements that go beyond federal minimums. We verify clearances and configurations before anything is ordered, so compliance isn't something you have to worry about after the project.
PRIVADA® floor-to-ceiling partition systems are increasingly specified for commercial restroom projects, and not every installer in the region is authorized to install them. Holman, Inc. is the authorized supplier and installer for the Northeast Florida region. If you are looking for full-privacy partitions, we have them.

ADA compliance for commercial restrooms involves more than stall width. The federal Americans with Disabilities Act sets minimum clearance requirements for wheelchair-accessible stalls, door hardware, and approach space. Florida adds requirements on top of those, and the one most commonly missed on commercial projects in this state is the 6-stall ambulatory rule.
Under the Florida Building Code, any toilet room with six or more stalls must include at least one ambulatory accessible stall in addition to the standard wheelchair-accessible stall. An ambulatory stall is designed for people who can walk but have difficulty with balance or mobility. To support them, it has grab bars on both sides and a narrower width than a wheelchair stall. The federal ADA does not require this as part of toilet partition compliance requirements, but the state of Florida does.
Meeting ADA requirements isn't just about ordering the right partition dimensions. Clearances have to account for the door swing, the approach space, the grab bar placement, and the finished floor height, all of which affect whether a stall passes inspection. Holman, Inc. verifies configurations before anything is ordered, which means ADA compliance is built into the project from the start.
Any restroom with six or more stalls needs at least one ambulatory accessible stall, on top of the standard wheelchair-accessible stall. This goes beyond what federal ADA law requires.
Holman, Inc. is based in Jacksonville, FL and has been doing commercial restroom partition projects across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia since 2003. Our work spans every sector: schools, healthcare facilities, government buildings, office complexes, hospitality, industrial, and military installations.
Duval County · St. Johns County · Clay County · Nassau County · Baker County · Flagler County · Volusia County
Glynn County · Camden County · Ware County
Whether your project is in downtown Jacksonville, a school district in St. Johns County, a healthcare facility in Flagler, or a commercial development in Glynn County, our team is within range and able to provide quality commercial toilet partitions to you.
It depends on the scope of your project. Number of stalls, material type, configuration, and any custom requirements all factor into the final number. The best way to get an accurate figure is to call our team directly. We'll ask the right questions and give you a real estimate, not a ballpark that changes after the site visit.
For standard layouts and stock colors of plastic laminate, baked enamel, stainless steel, solid plastic, and phenolic partitions, materials can ship in 48 hours, though transit time means they typically arrive on site about a week after ordering. For other materials, custom colors, or non-stock configurations, lead times range from 4 to 16 weeks depending on the material and manufacturer. Actual lead times are confirmed during your estimate. Once materials arrive on-site, installation is typically completed within one to three days depending on the scope of the job.
Both. If you have damaged, aging, or non-compliant stalls that need to be replaced rather than built from scratch, we handle that work in occupied facilities. We've done replacement projects in healthcare settings, schools, commercial office buildings, and other spaces where minimizing disruption is part of the job.
PRIVADA® is a floor-to-ceiling partition system with full enclosure from floor to ceiling, no gap at the bottom and no gap at the top. It's increasingly specified in projects where full privacy is a design or safety requirement, and the demand for it is growing.
The catch is that not every installer can supply or install it. PRIVADA® requires authorized dealers, and Holman, Inc. is the authorized supplier and installer for the Northeast Florida region.
The short answer: moisture resistance, durability, and cost vary significantly across materials. Powder-coated steel partitions are the most affordable and work fine in standard commercial environments. HDPE and phenolic partitions are better suited for high-moisture or high-traffic spaces. Compact laminate partitions offer a better finish for hospitality or healthcare applications. Solid surface and glass partitions are specified when aesthetics are a primary driver. We walk through the tradeoffs during the estimate process and make a recommendation based on your specific space.
Both. We work with general contractors who need a reliable Division 10 subcontractor, and we work directly with facility managers, building owners, and developers who are managing their own projects.
You don't need much. A rough idea of how many stalls, the type of facility, and your timeline is enough to get started. If you have plans or specs, it speeds things up if you have them on hand. If you don't, our team will ask questions to give you an estimate and schedule a site visit to get what we need.
If you’re a contractor coordinating Division 10 on a new build or tenant improvement, we can work from your specs and stay on your schedule. If you’re a facility manager or building owner who just needs someone to handle it from start to finish, that’s exactly what we do.
Call 904-781-4531 or fill out the form. Someone from our team will follow up the same business day.
