Jon started with the company at a young age sorting screws for the installation crews out of his family’s garage. During high school, he would work during the summers as an Installer Helper between football practices. While attending Jacksonville University for Business Management, he would often help out by performing take-offs on plans for estimating. Over the last 15 years, Jon has worked his way up from Installer, Estimator, Project Manager, Operations Manager to Vice President. Jon enjoys spending valuable time with his family and working with the great team at Holman, Inc.
Bobby started Holman as a helper learning a new trade. He showed great interest in studying his new craft and thus began his career path in Division 10. His carpentry expertise was soon mastered and his skillset was amplified landing him the Lead Installer role. As a leader within the company, Bobby demonstrated that not only was he a dependable employee but was also respected by his peers. This allowed him to transition seamlessly into the Project Supervisor role, allowing appropriate time to grow as a manager. Since he began this journey with Holman at the end of 2002, Bobby would have never seen that he would be afforded the opportunities that this great company has given him. He is proud to currently serve as the Operations Manager for the team. When not on the job, Bobby can be found at a local bowling alley, golf course, or spending time with his high school sweetheart, with whom he has 4 amazing children.
