Our Jacksonville Division 10 Team
For us, it begins with family. Pam and Les Holman founded Holman, Inc. back in 2003. Seventeen years ago, their son Jon Holman began working at the company and quickly became an integral part of the team. He is now the Vice President and in charge of all the day-to-day activities. Ellie Holman joined the company in 2017 and in 2022 became the President of Holman, Inc.
Ellie Holman
President
Ellie Holman joined Holman, Inc. in 2017 as the company’s office administrator before transitioning into the role of Corporate Secretary in 2019. During her tenure, Holman has managed various aspects of the company, including accounts receivable, marketing, worker’s compensation, employee onboarding, and employee engagement. In her role as President, Ellie assumes responsibility for all executive leadership duties, including strategic planning for the company.
Outside of work, Ellie Holman enjoys being outdoors and going on adventures with her family. She is an active runner and participates in monthly runs throughout the Jacksonville Community.
Les Holman
Vice President
Les was the Co-founder and President of Griffin & Holman, Inc. from 1985-2003. He developed and trained qualified sales and installation teams for Division 10 building materials in the commercial construction industry. Les was responsible for the growth of the company as well as overseeing the efficiency of installations and relationships with General Contractors. In 2003, Griffin & Holman, Inc. was sold to Holman, Inc.
A native of Colorado Les was transferred to Jacksonville in 1979 as Plant Production Manager of a food processing plant with Monfort of Colorado, Inc.
Les and his wife Pam have a son, daughter, and three grandchildren. Les and Pam spent their first year of marriage in South India, where Les oversaw the construction of Spirit of Life Bible School in Tirumangalam, India, and Pam gave birth to their son. They have, with their Children, led eleven Mission Outreach Teams to San Salvador, Bahamas, and are involved with Mission Organizations in Guatemala and Honduras.
Jon Holman
Vice President
Jon started with the company at a young age sorting screws for the installation crews out of his family’s garage. During high school, he would work during the summers as an Installer Helper between football practices. While attending Jacksonville University for Business Management, he would often help out by performing take-offs on plans for estimating. Over the last 15 years, Jon has worked his way up from Installer, Estimator, Project Manager, Operations Manager to Vice President. Jon enjoys spending valuable time with his family and working with the great team at Holman, Inc.
Bobby Trescot
Operations Manager
Bobby started Holman as a helper learning a new trade. He showed great interest in studying his new craft and thus began his career path in Division 10. His carpentry expertise was soon mastered and his skillset was amplified landing him the Lead Installer role. As a leader within the company, Bobby demonstrated that not only was he a dependable employee but was also respected by his peers. This allowed him to transition seamlessly into the Project Supervisor role, allowing appropriate time to grow as a manager. Since he began this journey with Holman at the end of 2002, Bobby would have never seen that he would be afforded the opportunities that this great company has given him. He is proud to currently serve as the Operations Manager for the team. When not on the job, Bobby can be found at a local bowling alley, golf course, or spending time with his high school sweetheart, with whom he has 4 amazing children.
Matt Radcliffe
Project Manager PMP
Matt began his Construction Career in 2001 building Custom Homes out of ICF Forms out at Jax Beach. It was here that Matt Learned everything about constructing a building from Digging Footings to Installing Trim. While working this job full time, Matt also graduated from UNF with his bachelor’s degree in Business Management. In 2011, Matt came to Holman to expand his knowledge in commercial construction. The First Challenge was Robert E Lee High School where a year was spent changing out 90-year-old Floor joists, and re-grouting 90-year-old brick windows to meet the new Florida Wind code.
Matt has accepted every challenge along the way to move his way up to the position of Project Manager. He has successfully managed many more historical Remodels in Jacksonville. (Andrew Jackson, Kirby Smith, Matthew Gilbert). Matt has grown the Stadium Seating Division of our company that has seen us perform work in Denver, New York City, Dallas, Atlanta, and Miami. Matt has also further advanced his Education by passing his Project Management Professional Certification Test.
In his personal time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Cheryl and Kids (Lillian and Luke) at Disney World or traveling around the world learning about different cultures. A little-known fact is that Matt is a big-time foodie and loves to find the best local eats in every city he goes to. His Favorite meal is Shrimp and Grits and has a list of his favorite prepared dishes on all locations east of the Mississippi River. Doc Fords in Ft. Myers, FL being number one!
Scott Cartica
Project Manager
Scott is a 16-year Division 10 industry veteran, he moved his way up in the company from installation to project management. Scott is now responsible for managing a range of Division 10 commercial projects focused on small retail, schools, universities, multi-family housing, senior living facilities, to government construction. During his free time, he enjoys hiking with his dog, reading, and watching football.
