Pamela Holman

Pamela Holman, President

In 2003 I started Holman, Inc. as a construction specialty company. Having worked at Griffin & Holman for many years, I saw a need in the construction industry to not only install division 10 specialties to contractors but also to supply the material as well. My role in Holman, Inc. has evolved through the years into creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction. Leading the development and implementation of the overall organization's strategy.

My work at Griffin and Holman was Supply Management, Informing Others, Tracking Budget Expenses, Delegation, Staffing, Managing Processes, Supervision, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills.

Community Involvement - Traveled as a missionary for several years with husband and family to India, Guatemala, and the inner city of New York. Headed up a mission trip each summer for eleven years to produce a week-long vacation Bible School for children in Sal Salvador, Bahamas. Jon started with the company at a young age sorting screws for the installation crews out of his family's garage. During high school, he would work during the summers as an Installer Helper between football practices. While attending Jacksonville University for Business Management, he would often help out by performing take-offs on plans for estimating. Over the last 15 years, Jon has worked his way up from Installer, Estimator, Project Manager, Operations Manager to Vice President. Jon enjoys spending valuable time with his family and working with the great team at Holman, Inc.
